We comply with all the requirements and standards of the construction of the road industry, and the constant inspection of the quality of materials and performed works allows us to monitor and not miss possible violations, and to immediately eliminate them when detected.

In the laboratory, which operates at the URD company, constant quality control of the production of materials, incoming raw materials and the finished product (bridge or artificial structure) is carried out. The laboratory operates on the basis of the Certificate of compliance of the measurement system with the requirements of STU ISO 150 10012:2005, issued by the Kyiv Regional Research and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology and Standardization. We carry out all work and research in accordance with regulatory documents.
The URD laboratory has modern equipment of domestic and foreign production, which conducts high-precision studies of raw materials and components of asphalt concrete mixtures: bitumen and bitumen emulsions, crushed stone and screenings, mineral powder. After the company’s specialists have made sure that the raw materials and materials meet the standards, they prepare recipes for the production of the material.
On the line where work is carried out on bridges, laboratory workers use appropriate devices to check the strength and endurance of bridge supports and the structure as a whole, the quality of the road surface is checked for density, deformation of asphalt layers, and its grafting with a car tire.
