The repair and construction department No. 52 was created in the city of Khmelnytsky. The department carried out current repairs of roads in the Khmelnytsky region.
The company continues to carry out routine road repairs in the Khmelnytsky region.
"DRSU No. 51" was renamed into "Khmelnitsky road-building department No. 56", and in 1994, through corporatization, OJSC "Khmelnitsky road-building department No. 56" was created.
Khmelnytsky Road Construction Department №56 continued to carry out current road repairs in the Khmelnytsky region.
A new stage of the company's development. URD (at that time "ShBU-56") expanded its presence from one to eight regions of Ukraine (Khmelnytsky, Vinnytsia, Rivne, Chernivtsi, Kherson, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regions).
In January 2021, ShBU №56 became URD, the national company Ukrainian Roads. The company has significantly expanded its capacity and concentrates its activities on the construction and reconstruction of state and local roads.
